90-75 SUPTPHIN BOULEVARD

UrbanTech provided structural engineering services for the tower extension of an existing structure located at 90-75 Sutphin Boulevard. The structure was initially a 7-story building with approximately 95,000 square feet of floor area. With the proposed additional tower, the floor area increases to 170,000 square feet. For this project, the new structural steel tower and transfer systems were designed. Existing footings and framing were retrofitted for the additional loading.
